To begin a sale, navigate to the Order screen from the main dashboard. Select the table or counter you are serving. Tap on each menu item to add it to the current order. The order summary will update in real time on the right panel.
Do not close the order screen mid-transaction. Unsaved orders may be lost if the session times out.

If the customer requests a split bill, tap the Split option before proceeding to payment. You can divide the bill by item, seat, or equal share across multiple payment methods.
Voiding a punched sale after it reaches the kitchen requires manager authorization. Contact your shift supervisor to process a void.
